Using the app

Sacred Time helps you set sacred windows and pause selected apps or categories during those windows, using Apple’s Screen Time permission on iPhone. You are responsible for choosing the windows and app selections that fit your own life and responsibilities.

No guarantee of perfect blocking

Sacred Time is a boundary, not a lock. We do not guarantee that app blocking is unbypassable, that every distraction will be prevented, or that every emergency app will be identified or excluded. Pause, Step out, and Mark complete remain available at all times so you are never without a way through.

Your responsibility and safety

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Sacred Time does not interfere with your ability to respond to emergencies or urgent responsibilities. Do not rely on Sacred Time as a substitute for emergency communication arrangements.

Subscriptions and purchases

Sacred Time offers a free tier and an optional premium upgrade. Premium subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store’s refund policies. Sacred Time does not process refunds directly and cannot guarantee a refund outcome.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore a previous premium purchase from within the app, using the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Sacred Time is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Time and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update Sacred Time or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above.

Termination

You may stop using Sacred Time at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at our discretion, with notice where reasonably possible.
